 Our
Z440 ZOLAR System is the ultimate in antifreeze controls for the
carwash industry. ZOLAR cycles the weep water for your bays, controls
blow down for your low pressure/foam products, and turns on a floor
heat system, equipment room heater, or even your air conditioner in
the summer. Additionally, power outputs may be configured to turn on
and off property lighting based on ambient light levels, or according
to time of day.
Altogether the four
3-Amp NO/NC relay outputs are rated from 24VAC through 240VAC, two of
which can control the separate weep needs of the bays and the
automatic wash, and two of which can be used to control slab heat,
room air conditioning, or lighting. As many as three different
temperature sensor may be used to ensure each portion of your facility
has the specific control sensing it needs.
An auto-dialer
option lets you know that you have had a power outage and can check
for problems. Its scrolling message screen allows for easy
configuration and display of temperature readings, status, and alarms.

 The optional
FB880 Foam Blower module is activated when temperature falls
below ZOLAR’s set point. Each module controls up to eight low
pressures services. When activated by ZOLAR, the Foam Blower turns on
a solenoid-controlled air valve to purge the line of product with a
series of blow downs at the conclusion of each customer's use of that
product. The FB880 may be configured for pulse duration and
repetitions. Multiple FB880 modules may be used as required. |
The
Standard Configuration and the Expanded Output Option each allow for
two sensor inputs, the second of which may be the Z440LP Light
Probe for sensing the ambient light to control exterior building
lights or other security functions.
One
Z440TP Temperature Probe is included with the Standard
Configuration and one additional Z440TP is included in the Expanded
Output Option. Both the Standard Configuration and the Expanded Output
Option can each have a second temperature probe to provide additional
functionality, or to sense weep temperature at in two separated
locations. |
